This is a DIR-Minded Checklist I use whenever I'm going on a major trip - one that dials the risk up a bit or lands me in a place outside of the usual "diver friendly areas" If you've got any further suggestions, I'd love to hear them. (Version 4.0 as of 2-21-2007)
A Dive Log format for technical diving - pair it with the log books from for a compact and complete log book.
A list of 99% of the imperial tank specs - very useful for proper weight setup. Print it out, laminate it, and add it to the above log book.
Not strictly a dive video, this is a fun little piece I put together for a company party.
